Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed on www.maevethelabel.com.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, subject to stock availability and order volume. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We reserve the right to process orders in batches for operational efficiency.

Shipping Method and Delivery Times All orders are shipped directly from our suppliers in China on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Estimated delivery times are 8–12 business days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing. All delivery times are indicative only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number where available. However, tracking is not guaranteed for all shipments.

Shipping Fees We offer free standard shipping on all orders. However, this does not include any import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees or other import-related charges, which are solely your responsibility.

Import Duties, Taxes and Customs As the importer of record, you are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance fees and any other charges imposed by your country’s authorities. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping fee and will not be paid or refunded by us.

Failure to pay import duties may result in the package being returned or destroyed by customs, in which case no refund will be issued. We are not liable for any additional costs, delays or loss resulting from customs procedures.

Risk of Loss Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon handover to the carrier in China.

Delivery Address and Accuracy You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for any loss, delay or additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you.

Delays and Force Majeure We are not liable for any delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, peak seasons, weather, strikes, pandemics or any other force majeure events.
