Return policy
This Returns Policy forms part of our Terms of Service. By placing an order you accept the terms below.
Eligibility for Returns Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt. In addition, we voluntarily offer a 30-day return window from delivery for most items, subject to the strict conditions below.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Only normal inspection is permitted. Any signs of use, wear, washing, damage, alteration or missing tags/labels will result in refusal.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (underwear, swimwear, etc.) must be returned unopened and in perfect sanitary condition or will be refused.
- Defective or damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic/video evidence.
We reserve the absolute right to inspect and refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
Return Costs and Fiscal Conditions
- You are solely responsible for all return shipping costs, customs formalities, duties and any other charges.
- Any import duties, taxes or charges paid on the original shipment will not be refunded.
- Refunds are limited to the original product price (excluding all shipping costs) after inspection and approval.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@maevethelabel.com within the 30-day period with order number and reason.
- Await written approval and instructions. Do not ship without approval.
- Ship using a tracked service to the address provided (typically Asia warehouse) and keep proof of shipment.
Defective or Damaged Items Report within 48 hours with evidence. We assess at our sole discretion and may offer replacement (subject to availability) or refund.
Lost, Refused or Unclaimed Packages If a package is lost, refused or returned due to incorrect address details you provided, deductions for shipping, handling and administrative costs will apply. No full refund will be issued.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection using the original payment method.
Important Disclaimers
- All returns are at your own risk and expense. We are not liable for loss, damage or delays during return shipping.
- We are not responsible for customs delays or charges on returns.
- We reserve the right to deduct reasonable restocking or administrative fees where permitted by law.
