Return policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

Eligibility Criteria

  1. The item must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
  2. Only normal handling and inspection of the product may have occurred; damage from careless handling is excluded.
  3. Hygiene-sensitive items must be thoroughly cleaned before return.
  4. Defective or damaged items must be reported within 2 days of delivery, with clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
  5. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Note: Returns will be processed within 7 business days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns if the item shows signs of misuse, excessive wear, or damage not attributable to us.

 

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email our support team at support@maevethelabel.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include the following details:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos or video (if defective/damaged)
    • Full name and shipping address
  3. Wait for our return instructions. Do not send items to the sender’s address without approval, as unauthorized returns may be rejected.
  4. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of shipment until your return is processed.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 1 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or video evidence.
  • Once verified, we may offer a replacement depending on availability and issue type.
  • In certain cases, a return may not be required for defective items.
  • Replacements for defective items are typically processed within 7–14 business days.

Lost, Refused, or Unclaimed Orders

  • If a package is lost in transit, contact our support team with your order number and tracking details.
  • We will assist in filing a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if confirmed lost.
  • If a package is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect address, a $25 AUD administrative/shipping deduction will apply to your refund.

Cancellation & Right of Withdrawal

  • Customers may cancel an order within 30 days of receipt.
  • Orders cannot be stopped once shipped due to automated fulfillment.
  • To cancel before shipment, email support@maevethelabel.com with a clear request to withdraw.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed once we receive the returned goods, minus shipping costs if applicable.

Record for Shipments in Transit

  • As our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may vary, and we have no control over delays.
  • If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is not possible until you receive them.
  • We recommend sending a shipping confirmation once you initiate a return to ensure the fastest processing.

Consequences of Withdrawal

  • If you withdraw from a contract (cancel/return), we will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving notification of withdrawal and the returned goods.
  • Delivery costs will only be refunded if the standard shipping method was used; additional shipping costs chosen by the customer will not be refunded.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
  • We are not responsible for transit delays or customs clearance issues.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items returned in unsanitary or used condition will not be accepted.
  • Returns are not free—shipping and handling costs apply.
